Food, service and staff knowledge awful. I was hoping for a good night after a review in the SMH. If you’re just after a beer, totally fine forget the rest.

There were 9 of us gathered to celebrate my daughter’s uni graduation. I had booked well in advance, advising we had two toddlers in our party. There were no high chairs at our table when we arrived but I was able to organise them. There were a couple of large laminated menus on our table. We chose our meals and tried to use the QR code to order. It wouldn’t work properly, plus half the meal options didn’t appear on it. Then we realised that the laminated sheet with my name on it had a different, limited menu. We re-chose our meals and tried the QR code again. Still no luck. We went up to the bar to order and when we asked if the QR code ordering wasn’t working, the staff said, yeah, like we should have known. Our meals came out in twos and threes. My meal and our toddler meal came last after a long wait while others watched meals get cold. The meals were good, but overall, not a great experience at The London.

Great food and service for our group of 10. We sat in the courtyard and it was perfect.

Waited over an hour for Sunday roast and roast veggies… we enquired a few times and never got feed back 45 minutes later got roast PORK, not beef… sent back and waited another 15 minutes before we left… service poor and knowledge of menu poor, staff did not know what came with the roast !!!!????? Very disappointing, used to be one of my favourite locals no longer
