Couldn't fault this restaurant. I selected a chicken Caesar salad and for once it was authentic. Not overdressed and eggs not overcooked, unlike so many others. Service was excellent. They didn't have a Pinot Gris on offer which is my wine of choice but I was offered to taste a Riesling before i ordered. How many places do that? I also thought it was very reasonably priced. I'd done the tour of the SCG and had chance... View all feedback.
What Gabi Tataru doesn't like about Arthouse Blue:
The hotel is very comfortable in the Fox Studios area and this cafe/restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite before or after a game at the SCG or a show at the Filmhaus next door. They offer a variety of specialties that pair well with wine or beer. The burgers are tasty and the portions are generous. The penne and the fish and chips are also delicious. Parking is easy, but make sure to get your parking card stamped... View all feedback.
The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I decided to try the chicken Caesar salad and it was truly authentic. The atmosphere was peaceful and not crowded, which was a pleasant change from many other restaurants. The service was top-notch. Although they didn't have my preferred pinot gris, they kindly offered me a tasting before I made my selection. This thoughtful gesture impressed me. I had been visiting restaurants in the Fox Studios area and had the misfortune of receiving poor service at another Irish establishment nearby. I only wish I could return to enjoy more of their innovative menu offerings.
The restaurant is conveniently located next to the Fox Studios. However, it is a bit pricey considering the portions. They offer a nice variety of food and wine options. The pasta was delicious and really stood out.

I'd done the tour of the SCG and had chanced upon the restaurants in the Fox Studios by luck. I'd actually sat at a table at an Irish place close by but was ignored by the staff so moved on. Just wish I could return to sample more of their tempting menu.
Good location - right next to the Fox studios. However, is a bit pricey compared to what they charge. You have a good range of food and wine. The pasta tasted great!
