The old lady behind the till is so rude, zero knowledge about customer service, don't who kept her at job with this attitude.
Dhrumil Patel made me a great cup of coffee – his skills are top-notch! Highly recommend for a tasty brew.
Overall staff is friendly, but the old woman with white hairs literally just ruins the day ! Zero cooperation, no communication skills at all. A rude face whenever you see her without any smile. And always tells you that you have park right to fill up your car tank.
Been here about 4 or 5 times. Always greeted and served amazingly by the younger staff members and been more than happy with them. Although every single time the (I’m assuming) manager always pulls them up on some stupid little detail that they did wrong and embarrassed the younger staff in front of customers for no reason. From the look on their faces you can tell it happens non stop. Pull them aside quietly if it’s a small issue. Don’t do it in front of customers please. The young staff are doing an amazing job
