Shakey's - Paco

We arrived at the restaurant with a line already waiting to be seated. We were the group in line, but of the groups ahead of us eventually left, unable to bear the minutes they were there for. We were eventually seated (we did not mind the wait, thanks to the mall's free wi-fi), but there was no crew member available to take our order. Eventually we managed to get one, after trying to call the attention of others. The food was served promptly, but we were promised that the gravy for our chicken and mojos would be brought over soon. We had nearly consumed most of the chicken before these arrived. Their food is good, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

It’s not uncommon for my friends and I to eat at restaurants during lunch breaks or after class. These incidents happened at separate occasions. Recently: We had to ask different servers, even the manager, for a pitcher of water. Even then, I was almost done with my meal. After about minutes, the water came, but it was good that the server apologized. And this was last week: Their parmesan cheese has an INSECT inside, we only noticed it after one of my friends was about to eat her pizza after putting the parmesan on top. They did not replace her pizza slice. Only the parmesan. They didn’t even apologize. And wala man lang sinabi. We noticed na mas attentive sila dun sa ibang customer na di estudyante. Di porket estudyante lang kami di na aayusin ang pagsserve. Pare pareho naman din kaming customer. Para saan pa ang service charge kung di aayusin ang service.

We came in the restaurant with a line that was waiting to be sitting. we were the 4th group in the line, but 2 of the groups before us finally left, not in the position, the 30 minutes for which they were there. we finally sat (we did not notice the waiting time, thanks to the free Wi-Fi of the shopping center,) but there was no crew member available to take our order. Finally we managed to get one after we tried to call the attention of 3 others. the food was served immediately, but we were promised that the gravitation for our huh and mojos would soon be overtaken. we had eaten almost most chickens before they arrived. you eat is good, but the service needs much improvement.

I'm here to eat and have my favorite angus steak house, hand tosed. the pizza was, as expected, delicious and fill. I decided to connect it with a teller mojo, and this time with her to smile. the pasta was a bit bland, and had very little meat in it.
