If you’re looking for the ultimate group dining experience, Top Pot is the place to be. I recently came here with a group of friends, and it quickly became one of my favorite hotpot spots. What sets this restaurant apart is the brilliant idea of combining both hotpot and Korean BBQ at the same table—you truly get the best of both worlds. The menu is extensive and impressive. The meat selection was a highlight, with melt-in-your-mouth prime rib, savory beef belly, and so many cuts to choose from. Beyond the meats, the variety of appetizers and sides felt endless—fish balls filled with roe, delicate dumplings, soup dumplings, and even fun surprises like spam. It felt like every craving was accounted for, and each bite was delicious. And just when we thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the desserts arrived. The fried buns with condensed milk were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside—absolutely irresistible. Another standout was the bun filled with a sweet yellow custard-like filling that was rich and comforting. To finish it all off, the ice cream truly was the cherry on top, leaving us perfectly satisfied. Service was just as memorable as the food. Despite us being a large party of 14 during a busy dinner rush, the staff remained incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick. Everything we needed arrived promptly, and they made sure our experience felt effortless and enjoyable. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, which makes it perfect for groups, though I recommend arriving early or being prepared for a wait during peak dinner hours. But once you’re seated, it’s absolutely worth it. For anyone who loves hotpot, Korean BBQ, or simply can’t choose between the two—Top Pot delivers an unforgettable dining experience from start to sweet finish. Highly recommended! I made a reservation for 12 people but the latest time slot they could give me was 5:00PM. Their reasoning was because they get plenty of business at nighttime. They said 12 people is the maximum if you want to sit at the same table. Parking is plentiful at the plaza nearby. What drew me to this place was the interesting half pot/half grill combo and biang biang noodles. Both are must trys because I don't see these at other places. Noodles were chewy and had a great texture. Appetizers can be dangerously filling. Overall it was a decent hot pot dinner. However this place was really lacking in the sauce and veggies department. Don't forget to save room for ice cream at the end. Note: leave your 3+ toddlers at home!! They will be charged even if they don't eat anything.

Second time here and it was just as good as the first! Came in on a Monday night for dinner and they were packed, but no line which was great. Went with their pork broth and I gotta say it had great flavor and their beef ribeye was tender! You can taste the quality in their meats. The grill and side dishes are always a plus. The restaurant is on the smaller side but awesome atmosphere, attentive service and good people there! Will be back!

We came on a Saturday at 7pm and had the option of getting a table for 2 immediately if we choose the shared pot table or wait ~1hr if we want the individual pot table. We were hungry and wasn't in the mood for BBQ, so we picked the prior. Both the food and service were great. No complaints. We'll definitely return in the future. Here are some info for choosing the food: Soup: If you want something mild, I recommend the salty pork bone over the mushroom soup, as the latter was a bit bland. If you're looking for something savory, then Thai Tom Yum is a good choice. For meat, the beef tongue, beef ribeye, and pork belly were the tastiest. Beef belly was a bit chewy, and kurobuta pork was a bit dry. If you want seafood, the spicy fish fillet works well with the tom yum soup or the tomato soup. Quail egg was good. Some other hot pot places may use canned quail eggs, but this place probably use fresher ones. Vegetable: Can't go wrong with tong ho and bok choy. If you want a bit more starch, chinese yam is tasty, too. Noodle: The Biang Biang noodle is worth the try. It's soft, with just a bit of chewi-ness that tastes great even on its own. Appertizer: I recommend the vegetable spring roll and not the potsticker. Note that you should make sure to tell them if you only want a specific number of pieces, because even though we wrote the number down like the menu instructed, they still gave us a whole serving. Dessert: Try the fried bun with condensed milk. It's not too dough-y and the milk is just sweet enough. Sidenote, even if you don't order anything, they'll still ask if you want ice cream at the end. We were too full by that point, though.
