Their hotpot is a big one tha... read more Went there for lunch on Saturday. Was on waiting list but not for too long. There were 2 of us, we ordered 2 different soup bases. Their hotpot is a big one that can be divided to two sections, no grill. The meat portion is big. Soup is a bit too salty. There's a sauce bar to create your own. We love the chopped green onions and garlic. There is a large variety of canned drinks self served from the refrigerator. Their ice cream is also self served with 4 different flavors. I like mango and saseme ice cream. For the price we paid, well worth it.

The waiter say can wait for the whole party get together then counting the time to start. But at the end they cheating us about the time. they say who go in the room first it start up the time. it is not like the waiter say. we havent order any food yet still waiting for friends like about 30 mins. they just lie and no customer service. all the waiters are so mean not polite at all. this is the first time and the last time to go there. the bill was like almost include 18% service charge like $800. i should not paid the service charge. but we sill paid for the service charge. this is the last time and no more. its like $45 per person including the kids are the same amount as adults. how can the kids eat that much food. i think other place are much better then that. hotpot dosent need to cook and no really service.
