The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. For starters, we tried the Black Wood and Silver Ear Mushrooms with House Dressing. The dish was light, bursting with flavor, and incredibly fresh. The house dressing had a perfect balance of sourness, a hint of spice, and a touch of sweetness. We also ordered the Pan Fried Veggie Pot Stickers and Homemade Shanghai Xiao Long Bao. The Veggie Pot Stickers were delicious, featuring a delicate outer layer. Pro tip: dip the veggie pot stickers in the Black Wood and Silver Ear Mushrooms’ house dressing—it’s a fantastic combination! The Homemade Shanghai Xiao Long Bao were hot, soupy, fresh, and absolutely divine. I highly recommend checking out Must Be Dumpling and exploring their menu.
