There's one guy running the restaurant. Two sodas in the fountain were out and the rest were flat. No shoe string fries as advertised, they had curly fries instead. My partner had the bowl and they forgot to add the fries. He gave us the fries on the side but there was a bug in the box. I had the saddest dryest chicken sandwich ever. I hate writing reviews but this place was so awful I had to. Now I see why this place is so empty. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and skip chick n cone.

We ordered the chicken sandwich meal, and a chicken bowl and the chocolate milkshake. The chicken sandwich was extremely bland and looked like the ones they serve at an elementary school lunch. My chicken bowl looked nothing like the pictures on the website and posted on the store they were missing fries altogether, the breading on the chicken was soggy, and there was a small drizzle of sauce on top. The mac and cheese was pretty basic as well. The cashier was on his personal phone the entire time, and when I asked why my bowl was missing fries, he said he thought I requested it that way (which I did not). He then gave me a side of curly fries (apparently they don't have shoestring fries as advertised on their website) that when opened contained a fruit fly. Overall terrible first experience and wish we could get a refund for the poor service and food quality. Felt completely catfished by this place and probably won't be back.
