She continue... read more Drive thru employee was extremely rude. Our order was almost $103.00 and she told us to call first next time. I explained we were from out of town. She continued to tell us that we took the food from the next 10 cars. There was absolutely NO othercustomers there. The chicken bucket and tenders had definitely been sitting for awhile. I finally told her that we chose to comethere and give them our business. We could have easily gone elsewhere. She said yes you could. Then once again said we took foodfrom the next 10 cars. I finally told her not my problem. There was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, NO CARS IN LINE! She could have asked usto park while they prepared our order...no problem. Absolutely the worst service!

Sucked I paid $34 dollars for three people toeat and none of us could even finish our meal it was so bad!!!

I only waited 7 minutes to place my order at KFC, and even with the lobby being full, I was impressed by how swiftly everyone received their meals.

Even if you... read more I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff appears disinterested in serving quality food, which is often served cold, undercooked, or overcooked. Even if you happen to receive something fresh, you'll still face rude employees, unclean tables, dirty countertops, and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment.

It seems as though they've deliberately... read more KFC isn't typically celebrated for its chicken, but the location in Pacific truly raises disappointment to a new height. It seems as though they've deliberately chosen staff members who lack cooking skills, financial management, and effective communication. The employees appear distracted, making it easy for easily sidetracked customers in the back to come to the counter and muddle your order. You might even consider bringing your own cup for a free soda, as no one seems to be paying attention to the drink station. Overall, dining here is a frustrating experience that leaves you feeling both insulted and grossed out.
