Subway
Description
At a local Subway, experiences vary widely, showcasing both commendable service and frustrating inefficiencies. While some patrons praise friendly staff and delicious sandwiches, others express disappointment in the prioritization of online orders over dine-in customers, leading to long waits and perceived neglect. Reports of rude behavior from employees further mar the dining experience, although a few shining moments of exceptional customer service emerge, especially from attentive workers who uplift the atmosphere. Overall, while the food quality garners positive remarks, a re-evaluation of service policies and staff training could enhance the overall customer experience significantly.

Very rude boys that work there. Watched them ignore a mentally disabled customer to work on their online orders. He waited so long, after they already started his sandwich, that he walked out! Then they cussed me out for calling them out on it. I will never be back.
Stopped buy to grab a sandwich on Sunday. There were two young ladies working. They had multiple on line orders to complete, and they were amazing!! The way they worked together to complete all these orders while still making conversation with the patrons that were in line waiting to place our orders. Your location is very lucky to have these two, and I almost recruited them to work with me. Hope they get an amazing raise this year, because they deserve it!!
It's fine if you go in, but my kids were sleeping in my car so I ordered pick up. I waited at the restaurant for 28 minutes on top of a ten minute drive. It wouldnt have upset me but the whole time I was parked outside Noone was working on my sandwich. It took someone else to go in have their order made and leave before they even made my order. So, dine in is fine, pick up is straight booty
This is my favorite subway, they are upbeat, they always treat us right and I never have a problem with my food.
