Even though we were disappointed, we chose to give the restaurant another shot. Unfortunately, on our next visit, I was served cold, overcooked meat. Once again, they tried to make it right by offering us another gift card. While I appreciate the gesture, I would prefer a satisfying dining experience over compensation in the form of a gift card. It appears that their standard approach to handling unhappy customers is to offer gift cards.

I can’t fathom why we experienced such poor service, especially since the table behind us was taken care of by the same waitress. Our baked potato soup was lukewarm, it took more than 20 minutes for her to take our order, and she only checked on us a handful of times. The food didn’t meet expectations either, but the service was truly abysmal. If I could remember our server's name, I would definitely mention it. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.

Taneisha welcomed us right away, seated us, and provided outstanding service throughout our meal. The chips were fresh and hot, and our child's meal arrived before ours, which was such a thoughtful touch! Our food was also fresh and delicious. We will definitely return soon! Taneisha did an amazing job—she deserves a raise for her speed and professionalism, not just with us but with all the other customers as well!

I ordered a bottled beer but was served a draf... read more We arrived later in the evening and were greeted by the hostess, who handed us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottled beer but was served a draft instead. When I asked for the bottle, the server responded with an eye roll and visible irritation. After placing our order, when the food arrived, we requested napkins, a refill, and a small plate. Another server brought the napkins and refill, but we never received the plate during our entire visit. Our server never returned to our table but checked on the two tables next to us multiple times. I don't usually write reviews, but this was a disappointing experience. The food was average overall. The BBQ combo ribs were awful, and although the fajitas were okay, the sauce they use to create the sizzle left an unpleasant taste on the chicken.
