I visited St. George's Donuts in Ozark, Missouri this morning around 9 AM. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by two friendly and helpful employees who truly prioritized customer service. The selection of donuts on display was impressive, and I was happy to sign up for the app suggested by one of the staff members. The donuts were fresh and absolutely delicious, making for a fantastic experience overall.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the coffee could have been warmer. I'd advise against going to Dunkin' Donuts—definitely get your donuts here instead!
The restaurant was quite dirty. I ordered a dozen donuts along with two filled long johns. When I got home, the donuts were hard and clearly not fresh. The long johns didn't have any filling, which raises the question of why we were charged extra for them. I was very disappointed, especially since the reviews suggested a better experience.
The blueberry muffin and the crumb donut were delicious, but the cheese Danish was a bit hard, possibly either overcooked or stale.
I visited St. George’s Donuts around 1:00 PM on a Sunday, knowing they might have limited items available. Unfortunately, they were out of several options I wanted from the menu. I chose two baked cinnamon rolls at $3.50 each since the regular ones were unavailable. Although my husband is a big fan of cinnamon rolls, he found these greasy and lacking in cinnamon flavor. I also tried the apple fritters, which were similarly greasy and didn’t have much apple taste. We haven’t tried the doughnuts yet, but based on this experience, we don’t plan to return to St. George’s Donuts.
