Worst Chicken Sandwich ever! The meat was so tough in the middle; I couldn 't even chew through it!!! The breading kept falling off in huge chunks! The fries were all short (like ¼ to 1 and had mottled coloring where they were fried more. I requested no salt; yet there was salt all over them!I worked at Wendy 's when the chicken sandwich 1st came out. We had to bread it and fry it in the pressure fryer. It was also a lot bigger then. Wendy 's needs to step up their game! I am not going to order their Chicken again!
I tried the maple bacon chicken sandwich on their breakfast menu and it was delicious! The service at the drive thru was fast and friendly.
I came for a mobile order that was made ahead of time. It was not ready. They have taken an additional 20 mins. My order was bumped to save their late time. Then bumped from the ready status screen. No one has expressed concern in my wait or the time I have waited. The customer service and care are grossly lacking. I am not impressed and probably won’t trust them with an in advance order again.
Wow... I never expected to encounter such drama at a Wendy's. First, I want to highlight how kind and understanding the woman who delivered our food was; she genuinely tried her best to rectify our situation. Unfortunately, it seemed that her supervisor made what could have been a simple experience one of the most challenging we’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. We had several items missing from our order: a double stack burger, a bacon and cheese baked potato, an orange frosty, and all the sauces we requested. After two trips inside, they refused to replace the double stack because their system indicated that what we received was correct, despite us showing them our receipt. We were told we would need to bring back the entire order for them to verify what was missing. It's an interesting policy, especially considering that it took 20 minutes, and some of that food was already eaten by my four kids waiting in the car. Additionally, I have to mention some sanitary concerns as I watched a staff member filling the frosties while licking his fingers. This would have likely been unnecessary if the frosties hadn't already melted! Based on this experience, I can't recommend this location. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes if they treat customers this way. I’m very disappointed!
