While there are still some friendly emp... read more I previously gave them good reviews, but it seems they've replaced the wonderful staff with people who lack personality. While there are still some friendly employees, they really need to improve their training. The customer service has become inconsistent. The pizzas and foot-long sandwiches are fantastic, especially when the young man is making them. Overall, the experience isn't as personal as it used to be.

I really dislike when the staff just say "have a nice night" without any real greeting or engagement. After I finished my transaction, I asked the cashier if I needed to do anything else, and she responded very rudely, saying, "As I said, have a nice night." Additionally, I overheard her complaining to the next customer about them putting their card down too soon. There’s no excuse for such poor customer service.

There is never a smile or a... read more I been going to Caseys for almost 2 years now. And everytime i go in they are so rude. They act like im bugging them when i come in. There is never a smile or a warming welcome. I tried to give it more chances but i always get the worst customer experience and i worked at a gas station for 2 years. Never make the customer feel unwelcomed.
