I really dislike when the staff just say "have a nice night" without any real greeting or engagement... read more I had the worst customer service experience in a long time! I really dislike when the staff just say "have a nice night" without any real greeting or engagement. After I finished my transaction, I asked the cashier if I needed to do anything else, and she responded very rudely, saying, "As I said, have a nice night." Additionally, I overheard her complaining to the next customer about them putting their card down too soon. There’s no excuse for such poor customer service.

There is never a smile or a warming welcome. I tried to give it more chances but i always get the worst customer experience and i worked at a gas station for 2 years. Never make the customer feel unwelcomed.
