When I requested the key to the restroom because my 4-year-old urgently needed to go, the staff member told me it was occupied and that the other restroom was reserved for employees only. I explained it was an emergency, but she still refused to help. Fortunately, someone exited the employee restroom just in time, and we hurried in. Unfortunately, I found it to be a mess, with water and paper strewn everywhere. Afterward, I reported the situation to the staff, highlighting the safety hazard it posed. The girl seemed puzzled and took a whole minute to respond, while a guy nearby mentioned they would address it later but didn't have time at that moment. Overall, I left feeling quite frustrated.

I ended up spending $25 for just three Doritos Locos tacos and two chicken chalupas, along with two medium drinks. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the extra crunchy taco that was supposed to come with my order. The portions are tiny, and the combo only includes a drink without any extra items. Unless they are using top-notch ingredients, this franchise feels like a complete rip-off.

The ser... read more The food at Taco Bell is consistently delicious and visually appealing, never just thrown together, and I’ve never had any stomach issues from my meals. The service is fast, and the staff even share a laugh with me over my cheesy jokes! They rarely run out of menu items. Unlike another Taco Bell near my home, this location gets my custom orders right almost every time. If more Taco Bell locations adopted the practices Javier and his team follow here, customer satisfaction, employee morale, and profits would all improve! As a manager myself, I believe they truly deserve raises and bonuses!
