I always call ahead to place my order... read more The phone service at Subway is really poor! I work at Home Depot, and Subway is the only place open during my lunch break. I always call ahead to place my order. Twice now, I’ve called and the phone was answered but then immediately disconnected without a word. The first time, I called 10 times, but they either didn’t answer or just hung up. When I visited the store, I asked an employee if the phone was working, and she said yes, but explained she couldn’t answer because she was busy. What kind of customer service is that? It happened again today, so I don’t think I’ll be going to that Subway anymore.

I can only speak about one Subway in North Hollywood, where a company I worked for used to buy lunch for everyone every day. That particular location consistently served such subpar food that I never went back to any of their stores again. I find it hard to believe this poor quality is universal; otherwise, they’d be out of business. I just find it amusing that Google keeps thinking I’ve visited the store when I’ve only walked past without even stopping.
