Unfortunately, t... read more I stopped by the shopping center to visit a few stores and planned to grab a sandwich from Subway. However, I needed to use the restroom first. Unfortunately, their manager charges a fee for restroom use. I told the cashier that I’d buy a soda just so I could use the bathroom. It was clear she felt uncomfortable about the situation.

One thing I dislike is receiving only three napkins when I order two sandwiches; that just isn’t sufficient. I hope management can address this concern.
