Perhaps the seafood salad isn't the best thin... read more The only reason I'm giving Otani's only two stars is that a friend of mine told me how amazingly wonderful it was. Perhaps the seafood salad isn't the best thing on the menu. That's what I had and it was very underwhelming. My friend and I went therehoping to find something like a Seven Seas salad which of course has all kinds of seafood in it not just crab and shrimp withlettuce. We did not opt to have it smothered in mayonnaise which of course is the way most people get it. I intend to return totry something else on the menu. The place was about half-full and there was a steady stream of people coming in getting to goorders. I suspect my experience is a unique one. I must add this; the people who work there are very accommodating I did notexpect the wonderful service that we got. ????
