They've also started charging an extra dollar to change side orders if you're not a fan of their imitation mashed potatoes, and the coleslaw has definitely lost its former quality. It's unlikely that I'll be coming back to KFC.

When they asked me to pull up, the person preparing the orders claimed he had put all the pieces in each box, but clearly, he hadn't. I had tried calling three times with no response. The staff did not acknowledge their mistake at all. I eventually requested a refund because my order was incorrect, but they seemed to think I was making up a story just to get something for free. I spent $40 and felt completely disrespected.

The manager locked the doors early, and in my opinion, 8pm is too soon to close the dining room. I think they should keep it open until 10pm.

I’m usually understanding if an order is wrong once in a while and I don’t notice until I get home, but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. And what's with being so stingy with the dipping sauces? I can’t comment on other locations, but avoid this one. Until they bring in new management and staff who can take orders properly, I recommend going somewhere else.

Also, I don’t like that they charge more for individual pieces compared to combo meals. Nearly $3 for a single wing? That’s ridiculous.
