Pizza Hut - Oxford

No salad, Pepsi in bottle served in lieu of glass and ice?No parmesan cheese/pepper on the tables. Frigid temp in the dining area, all the above may be why we were the only people in there. Post apocalyptic pizza hut right there. Pizza was good tho, will do pick up next time.

Hands down the worst place to order a pizza, food shows up hour after promised and is soggy wet dough with cheese.

The service this store on Hamric Drive Is disgusting. I along with others, waited in drive thru for long periods of time, no one ever came to the window to help. Last time I’ll do business with them..thank your sorry employees..

Ordered with the app said it would be 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes after I ordered. Checked in immediately was told it would be a couple of minutes. Waited 15 minutes ask again was told my order still had 1 minute I let them know I had been her over 15 minutes and the app said it was ready he kind of shrugged his shoulders and said it will be ready in 1 minute. I said ok 15 minutes later still had no food ask again he said let me check and then came out and said it will be another 20 minutes. I said what’s going on it has now been over 45 minutes since I ordered he said we got busy. I ask why I wasn’t told ghat when I came in he said we are busy, I asked for a refund he said ok he will put it back on my card.

Food is good when they get it right. Ordered and paided for meat lovers but was given pepperoni. They don't know what customer service is. If you order take out good luck getting inside. Sign on door says dining room open till 11 but doors are locked at 8:05 pm.
