What Alice Curtis doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
I have been to the Oxford Location twice in the last month. Both times the order was messed up. First time the sandwich I ordered was not the sandwich I received...this was a take out. The second time (eat in) I ordered the classic Hook and Ladder. The turkey was left off the sandwich, minimal ham, and lettuce was wilted. We always enjoy this location food is always fresh and amazing 10/10 friendly staff waiting time is also not bad. Very healthy when we leave hook and ladder is definitely a good choice and my men steak and cheese overflow he said that it is delicious for sure. The manager is so nice.
You could do way worse for Subs. Always fresh, always fast, always friendly.
Great service , the bread on there subs fresh , the sandwiches are superb an taste great. Fast service no long wait. The food looks just like there commercials and taste great, its worth taking a trip for a great sub.
