Taco Bell - Oxford

First, our order was wrong, but Tina was so friendly to fix the problem by delivering the right food. That was brilliant. Thank you to Tina for correcting and correcting the problem. She really went beyond and beyond. Thanks Tina, Oxford Alabama!!!!

I've been here for years and it's usually a good experience. On Saturday night, their fried beans were burned so that the food burned. The guy on the hard drive was tough, so I thought they were just off their loop that day. I would still prefer this place at the Anniston/Quintard location because they are usually much better.

It took longer than usual to place our order bc my dad forgot his glasses today. The staff was understanding and helped me place my order. Will always love me a taco hell!

They didn't have enough workers I picked up straw wrappers that were on floor in customer areas I was afraid I'd fall. The area where the workers were had spilt food and napkins on floor it was dangerous for the workers. The workers were doing therebest they were slammed with customers

The food is complete trash! They crush your tacos in the bag. Last week's late night trip was last straw. I will never ever crave this garbage again
