Bojangles - Oxford

We went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3-piece finger meal and a 4-piece finger meal. The woman taking our order was rushing us, which felt quite uncomfortable. When we reached the window to pay, we received our drinks, but it took quite a while to get our food. When the food was finally handed to us, we thanked the lady, but she didn’t respond and came off as quite rude. Upon checking our order, I realized that the napkins were stuffed inside the food box, making them greasy and unusable. Additionally, my 3-piece order turned out to be just a 2-piece, along with a chicken nugget-sized piece. To top it off, both of our biscuits were burnt. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the poor service and unsatisfactory food.

The employees at the drive-through were quite rude. When I politely pointed out that my sausage egg and cheese biscuit was missing the sausage, the girl just laughed. I had to go around again, which made me late for work. They handed me the replacement without any courtesy or apology. I felt very disrespected.

The fries were stale, and the chicken had a strange flavor that tasted like either old oil, oil that was too hot, or possibly both. I've definitely had better meals elsewhere.

My first time eating at the Jangles. The service was fantastic. The food was prepared quickly. It looked great. But it tasted like it lacked some seasoning. The fries looked seasoned, but I couldn't taste any. Still a great experience. I would return tothis location because of them great service with a smile.

Nastiest Bojangles I have ever been to. No prepared food up front unlike all the other locations and what are you cleaning you floors with? Old chicken grease I'm guessing nasty, lazy a people.
