The weather was rainy and cool when we visited oxford, so we really needed some hot drink to warm up our body. when we went from the missing, we were attracted... read more The weather was rainy and cool when we visited oxford, so we really needed some hot drink to warm up our body. when we went from the missing, we were attracted by the amount in the load, so we decided to try it. the decor is narrow with limited seating, but the ambiente is quite cozy. there are many students who gather there with coffee baked. we had her hot latte, the taste was decent and the best for me it was super hot, which was a must for me, especially on this cool day.

This whole experience was so customer unfriendly. Five of us arrived for coffee and cake 45 minutes before closing time. But we were refused cake because 'it 's... read more This whole experience was so customer unfriendly. Five of us arrived for coffee and cake 45 minutes before closing time. But we were refused cake because 'it 's been wrapped up ' (in cling film in a cabinet where we queued to order). Total refusal to peel back the cling film... astonishing. Then, one of them came to our table to 'alert ' us to the fact that they were 'closing soon ' actually in 20 minutes. It 's not a good experience when the staff seem solely focussed on their own needs.
