Maddie answered the phone and informed us that they... read more We placed an order through their delivery service and called to confirm that our $322.00 order was received. Maddie answered the phone and informed us that they did not have the order. When we asked where it had gone, she mentioned that it would go to Owosso Eats. I requested confirmation that Owosso Eats had received the order, but Maddie's response was rude. After hanging up, I had a friend call Chips back to gather more information, but Maddie was unhelpful and continued to be rude. She stated that they do not work with Google and yelled before ending the call. We were left without any assistance in locating our order. When I asked to speak with a manager, Maddie claimed she was the manager and refused to connect us. Fortunately, Rochelle later called back and spoke with Denise, who was very helpful and kind. We appreciate having at least one employee willing to assist us with our issue.

However, I can't help but in... read more As a business owner located across the street from Chip's Place, I find myself dining there quite often—perhaps more than I should! However, I can't help but indulge in their consistently tasty and quick service. Their menu boasts a wide variety of options, along with some fantastic lunch specials. I've never had a disappointing meal there. I highly recommend trying the Smokey Bacon BBQ Burger; it's a definite standout!
