Scorpion Brewing - Owings

So they say that holy water must be blessed by a priest, well after tasting the beer coming from this brewery, it is more than holy. I feel like I could walk on an ocean of this stuff, drink, find my way to the temple. I'm more than happy. The food options they offer in food trucks are exceptional. Definitely feels like the star of Bethlehem for Calvert County.

Scorpion is an amazingly good brewery to have great beer with friends! The selection is always top notch with a good variety of beers no matter your preference. They top it off by having excellent partnerships with farms and area food trucks for excellent meals too. Lastly, they have musical acts, trivia, and other special events!

We just a 40th birthday party at Scorpion and it was amazing! We've always been a huge fan of their beers and this was a nice way to introduce a lot of our out of town friends to them. Staff was great and friendly.

Good variety of beer styles light to dark. Had a pint of the St. Lawrence cream ale and ESB both had good flavour and color. Outside seating, indoor seating with plenty of parking. Cheers.

Excellent beer. Very friendly staff felt like I was one of the guys from the second I stepped in. The place seems like it might be a bit small if there were a ton of people there (only 4 seats at the bar and one table to sit at) but I think that that adds to the intimacy here. Would definitely recommend to others. I will be returning here for sure!
