We always order from this place and have never had any issues. The pizza is consistently hot, fresh, and ready. The only downside is the wings; no matter how much we request them to be crispy, they always come out soggy. What we do now is order the wings with the sauce on the side, then we crisp them up at home in the air fryer before adding the sauce. This way, we get them just the way we like. View all feedback.

I’ve never experienced such poor service at a Papa John’s before. My pizza was delivered extremely late and was almost cold when it finally arrived. I hardly received any apology for the inconvenience. After multiple requests to speak with a manager, I was ignored, and none of my calls to the store have been answered. We ordered at 5:13 and was delivered at 7:16. Terrible. Why not just say we dont have the staff to deliver 4.4 miles?
