Wendy's - Owens Cross Roads

I believe it should be illegal to serve expired food. The hamburger buns on four different burgers were as hard as rocks. It's hard to understand how the staff can take no pride in serving this to customers. I truly hope this place closes down or gets replaced by robots. Those of you working on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 7 PM should be held accountable. Out of the four burgers, three had stale, hard buns. All five orders of nuggets were old and chewy, and the five orders of fries were cold, chewy, and similarly outdated! Who thought, "This is acceptable, let's send it out"? Customers will drive all the way home only to be disappointed. The franchise owner should be aware that they are wasting money on this kind of service.

I visited this Wendy's the other night, well before closing time. Unfortunately, my sandwich was incorrect, and the fries were icy cold and stale. This has been the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's in a long time.

I didn't go inside, but I had to wait for 50 chicken nuggets, which turned out to be a good thing. They were fresh and hot. I enjoyed my junior Frosty while I waited.

The best ran fast food in Hampton Cove. The workers truly work to satisfy the customers. My mobile order was prompt and accurate. I don’t typically leave reviews on fast food but this one stuck out. My visit was 7pm 02/22/24. This whole shift from management to cashiers should be proud and corporate should recognize.

Excellent service and the food service was decently quick not a full staff , hot fresh .
