Biscuit Express - Huntsville

While I think Biscuit Express is good food, in general; prices have gotten out of hand for simple dishes. Today a Bacon Egg Biscuit was over $4.00. While good that is just too much for a simple breakfast item. I know it is difficult to buy and sell food at reasonable prices in today's market; but effort must be made to keep customers satisfied for tomorrows market times or businesses will fail by just buying and selling at full retail prices. Find better sources of food stuff or good shops will start failing.

Inside, the team was experimenting with new french fries and comparing them to their current ones. They even approached us and invited us to join their taste test! We got to vote for the new fries, which was such a fun experience. The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Now, let’s talk about the food! We tried the chicken biscuit platter and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and I can confidently say it was the BEST breakfast I've had in Alabama, no contest! Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality! This was the perfect way to kick off our Anniversary today! Thank you, Biscuit Express!

They don’t hold back on the bacon at this place! The bologna is thick, just like one of those rapper's girlfriends. If you visit, make sure to give one of these a try!

I wish they adversities what time they stopped serving breakfast. We drove all the way over there and it was lunch only. No where on the menu does it say they stop serving biscuits at a certain time. I thought for sure with a name like biscuit, express and closing at 1:30, they would have biscuits throughout the duration of their operating hours
