Maybe because this Harvey's is beside Swiss Chalet is what makes it the best, I don't know, but this location has superior quality, friendly staff, and genuine caring by Ivan when preparing your food. We stopped by for a quick takeout meal, and noticed that the condiments on the left side of the counter were clean and organized, while the ones on the right side looked messy. When I mentioned this to the staff, they told me that those condiments were just for show and not actually used - which was off-putting. This affected our meal and overall experience.
