I came in on Thursday at 8:44 PM and was asked to pull forward. After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes for my food, I got up to check on my order. I approached the manager to ask if they had forgotten about me, and he snapped back that he had just finished my order while three employees stood around doing nothing (you can check the cameras if you like). I found his tone quite rude, so I requested a refund. This only seemed to upset him further. I pointed out that it’s fast food and no one should have to wait 15 minutes for their meal. I urge you to review your camera footage to understand how unprofessional this situation was.
The staff was rude, and the chicken options were completely different from what was advertised on the menu. The restaurant itself was in poor condition. Several customers who came through the Drive-Thru had questions about their orders, but they were treated poorly. There were no name tags on any of the employees, so I can't single anyone out. If I could give negative stars, I would.
