The fries... read more The root beer float was enjoyable, but it was the only item from the drive-thru that looked presentable. Everything else was squished and nearly flat. The fries were cold, and there were no napkins included—come on! Napkins are inexpensive; have they forgotten them or are they charging extra now? I was disappointed with my last two visits, but I'm willing to give it another try.

I approache... read more I came in on Thursday at 8:44 PM and was asked to pull forward. After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes for my food, I got up to check on my order. I approached the manager to ask if they had forgotten about me, and he snapped back that he had just finished my order while three employees stood around doing nothing (you can check the cameras if you like). I found his tone quite rude, so I requested a refund. This only seemed to upset him further. I pointed out that it’s fast food and no one should have to wait 15 minutes for their meal. I urge you to review your camera footage to understand how unprofessional this situation was.

I come to your restaurant every other week, as I mentioned in my last review. However, my last experience was incredibly disappointing. I visited on Thursday at 8:44 PM and was asked to pull forward, where I waited for 15 minutes for my fast food. When I went inside to check if they had forgotten about me, I asked the manager if my order was still being prepared. He snapped back at me saying he had just finished my order, while three employees who were doing nothing were just watching. I didn't appreciate his tone, so I requested a refund. He seemed upset, but I pointed out that it's fast food and it's unacceptable to wait 15 minutes for my order and then be treated rudely when I inquire about it. I suggest you review your camera footage because this experience was very unprofessional.
