The fries... read more The root beer float was enjoyable, but it was the only item from the drive-thru that looked presentable. Everything else was squished and nearly flat. The fries were cold, and there were no napkins included—come on! Napkins are inexpensive; have they forgotten them or are they charging extra now? I was disappointed with my last two visits, but I'm willing to give it another try.

I approache... read more I came in on Thursday at 8:44 PM and was asked to pull forward. After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes for my food, I got up to check on my order. I approached the manager to ask if they had forgotten about me, and he snapped back that he had just finished my order while three employees stood around doing nothing (you can check the cameras if you like). I found his tone quite rude, so I requested a refund. This only seemed to upset him further. I pointed out that it’s fast food and no one should have to wait 15 minutes for their meal. I urge you to review your camera footage to understand how unprofessional this situation was.

Multiple customers came from the drive-thru with order issues and were treated poorly. Nobody had name tags on so I can?t point out anyone inparticular. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The employees were not very customer service trained especially cussing infront of customers with children... willnot be going back or recommend.
