When I returned to the restaurant, the woman with blue hair was incredibly accommodating and promptly fixed the mistake, even adding an extra burrito as an apology. The service was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning!

I adde... read more First up were the gorditas, and I was disappointed. The shell was dry and crunchy, lacking any real corn flavor or moisture, and the meat was just bland. I added a generous amount of the red sauce, needing half a cup just to find any heat or flavor. The green sauce tasted like someone blended fresh tomatillos and lime without much effort—sadly, it didn’t work out. Next, I moved on to the tacos. I usually can’t dislike a taco, but even my beloved barbacoa was ruined here. The meat was flavorless and stringy. The taco shells seemed store-bought and definitely not homemade. That’s understandable, but at least choose a decent brand! The beans tasted like they were scooped out of a massive can from Sam’s Club, and the rice reminded me of leftover Rice-a-Roni from the night before. A little tip for improvement: try pureeing a tomato and using some spices! I also sampled the steak and chicken, and they were just as disappointing. I took pictures of the food because, honestly, you can practically taste my frustration through the photos. I ordered online for the first time and was shocked to see my total was about $10 more than I expected—clearly, the online menu doesn’t reflect the true prices. The experience felt like eating cafeteria food when you’re hungry: it looks appealing, but once you take a bite, you realize it just isn’t worth it. To top it off, those same dry, chunky beans overwhelmed the dry gordita. What a letdown!

I spoke with the owner on the phone and he proceeds to tell me that a Friday night is busy so it takes 45 minutessometimes longer to get your order out so you?re telling me that you have more people come to your truck then the people inTulsa and I lived in California have been to plenty of taco trucks and I?m never have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for myfood

I got 3 soft steak tacos and a side of rice. I thought the tacos were the best soft tacos I had ever had, fantastic! The ricewas average to better but a good compliment to the tacos. Whole meal including drink was $12, very reasonable. We sat at oneof the two picnic tables and ate. My only criticism is that they should add a few more picnic tables so people can eat thereand not have to take it home. Really good job today, keep it up!
