The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional as always. I love everything about Red Robin!
Buns were cold, obesity order of fries were all buts and pieces and cold. Had to ask waitress to bring fresh fries to the table. Waited so long we were about done with or burgers before the fries came. The restauant is looking run down and in need ofgood cleaning and repairs on the inside.
I'll start out by saying that the waitress did a great job. But that was all that was good my Red Robin gourmet burger tasted like a hot dog and the hamburger patty had no flavor. I thought they used to have a grilled flavor and the Patty is smaller thanI remember it. I asked for crispy fries and they were barely cooked but my burger being cold was not good at all. I didn't getany napkins so it was difficult to eat without getting all over me no one ever came back to check on me to even get the napkins.I won't be returning to this location unless it's requested. Pictures are deceiving. The food was not hot and the fries were notcrispy
Excellent food, excellent customer service. Place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended
