Waited so long we were about done with or burgers before the fries came. The restauant is looking run down and in need ofgood cleaning and repairs on the inside.

But that was all that was good my Red Robin gourmet burger tasted like a hot dog and the hamburger patty had no flavor. I thought they used to have a grilled flavor and the Patty is smaller thanI remember it. I asked for crispy fries and they were barely cooked but my burger being cold was not good at all. I didn't getany napkins so it was difficult to eat without getting all over me no one ever came back to check on me to even get the napkins.I won't be returning to this location unless it's requested. One of the salads contained several... read more I ordered two salads and Buffalo wings with extra dressing for each. Unfortunately, the order arrived without any dressing. One of the salads contained several pieces of rotten lettuce, making it completely inedible. Additionally, the chicken salad was carelessly dumped into the container upside down. I've ordered from Red Robin many times before and have never experienced such poor quality and lack of care when it comes to food presentation.

A lot of employees not doing a lot but leaning and talking. Quite a few tables open, but we were made to wait 10 minutes for a seat. The burgers were dry, the fries were raw, and the cheese for the appetizer seemed fresh out of themicrowave, chunks and all. If you're in the neighborhood and hungry, I might suggest something else farther down the road.
