I go to the restaurant a lot and before I guess they got a new management or whatever the case may be I can get things the way I wanted it to I could also get v... read more I go to the restaurant a lot and before I guess they got a new management or whatever the case may be I can get things the way I wanted it to I could also get very respectful and mindful customer service for some reason now it has changed people reallydon?t care if it?s one person or two people that kind of help make their paycheck it doesn?t matter whether people come toSlimChickens in Owasso or not to them and the GM that I spoke to today and did not really get in conversation I feel I didn?tget the feeling that they cared of keeping customers or wanting to keep customers I said today that this will be my last timecoming here I know that?s gonna be hard for me because I love their food but it is something that I?m going to work hard ondoing because I don?t appreciate being talked to or service like what I?m saying doesn?t matter and all I asked for in my orderwas for my fries to be cooked a little bit more because I?m traveling from one town to another town. And all I truly wanted wasfor the GM to understand that I want it what I asked for but otherwise it?s a really good restaurant

The chicken wasn?t over breaded, the large variety of sauces were great and the desserts are phenomenal, even the selection of teas was great!! Secondly-the staff, so very accommodating and they reallyhustle. From the cashier to the cook, everyone was fantastic! And lastly- the atmosphere, so laid back and an ?at home? feeling.Amazing hospitality and fantastic food! I could not recommend this restaurant strongly enough.

If I had known this right away, I would have canceled my order. Having worked in several restaurants that use DoorDash, I know you can remove items from the menu. I had never tried Slim Chickens before, but I was advised to give it a shot. What I ended up with were two pieces of soggy "toast," chicken tenders that were hard and inedible, and "fried" okra. The sauces seemed like they were simply transferred from a large container into ramekins to create the illusion of being homemade.
