I have the classic food and it was great. These include 4 chicken tits that were all very delicate, frits, Texas toast and a drink. The tea was also a good choice. In fact, everything was great, including the super fast and friendly service. In addition to the friendly service, the dining room was very clean. What S C doesn't like about Slim Chickens:
We had tried their grilled chicken and didn't like the texture. They had a special on wings so we thought why not try them again 20 wings for $20 great deal! We got home and we were shorted wings. We called and we were told no way they shorted us wings, they have 3 people go through the cooking process, they don't make extra and they didn't not short us. I had tried Slim Chicken previously and did not think it was anything but average chicken. The Grill Chicken lacked seasoning and flavor. Later I tried their garlic parmesan chicken wings and I liked them enough to try them again today.I brought home a pick up order of the garlic parmesan chicken for my family. We noticed that the count was light of several wings. So although I do not like being petty, I paid for them, so why not ask, right?Wrong. I called this location and spoke to Janna and she advised that they have all of their orders counted by 3 people. And they never cook any more than ordered. Again, I'm not the type to complain, but the tone this person gave over the phone was unacceptable customer service. I guess verifying your order at the window would be a solution.
Food was edible but not great. Service and atmosphere was very good. Thanks for your good customer service and accommodating pleasantness.
