After several minutes one young lady... read more I have never been to this particular Express so when I walked in I went to the counter expecting someone to take my order. After several minutes one young lady ask if I was ready to order. I said yes and her retort was we start down here I was unaware that this was cafeteria style and she was kind of annoyed by this.The food( Kung pao chicken) was absolutely horrible. Chicken was tough and there was no spice or heat present.I 'll never.be back.

I also didn’t receive any sweet and sour sauce with the cheese wontons, and my kid didn’t get a straw. When he finally did get one, his sweet tea was completely unsweetened—there wasn’t a hint of sweetness in it. What a disappointment!"
