Kfc - Owasso

This restaurant is always easy to find, similar to other locations in the chain. The staff is friendly, and they take care to ensure that the food is cooked properly and safe to eat. They maintain good hygiene by consistently washing their hands. I appreciate their dedication and always make sure to thank the front-line workers for keeping us safe and fed. I know their job isn’t easy, but they do a great job of taking care of us.

Rating: 06/20/2017 During our first visit, my wife and I found ourselves sitting at a table, observing the scene. One employee was looking after the ride, but it felt like there was a lack of service as only 4 or 5 employees were chatting among themselves halfway between the counter and the kitchen, visible from where we were seated. We waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order. However, when we returned on 07/12/2017, things were much improved. The staff was prompt, attentive, and efficient this time around. Our meal was exactly as we ordered, served fresh, and arrived at our table hot (or cold, as needed) and on time. In all fairness, I've decided to come back and update my rating to reflect this positive experience.

My youngest came home from school saying it's KFC night. I haven’t been to that Owasso location in a while. I do miss the grilled chicken, but I have to say that the flavor of the original or crispy chicken still wins out for me.

Love their crispy breasts kartoffels and gravy.
