What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Several items were unavailable, but considering the current circumstances, it's understandable. The staff was playing music in the kitchen, and there were loud FaceTime calls, which felt a bit odd. Overall cleanliness could have been improved. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking available. View all feedback.

Rapid pickup had most of the orders behind the counter. Food was good but not where I expected it since the app said on the shelf near the door.

Good menu. Minus two stars for staff deficiencies and cleanliness.
