Jumbo Noodles - Feedback

What Kevin D doesn't like about Jumbo Noodles:
First time trying it and got it to go. The owner was very nice and let me know at pickup/payment that they had supply chain issues. I understand that. Due to this, the beef was substituted in both of our dishes. Unfortunately, the meat was very fatty yet also tough with a weird texture. I think the best word to describe this place is this is an Asian fusion restaurant. It mostly mixes Japanese and Chinese food together. Overall I think it has done it well. I came here for the hotpot so I cannot speak to the ramen side of the food offering. The hotpot is an interesting twist to the traditional Chinese style of hotpot.
