I was always happy to be there, yesterday I ordered something to take away. If I hadn't paid with EC I would have wanted my money back. Fries hard and unsalted, schnitzel in fat for too long, very dark and tough. Salad not tasty... Waiter (boss)...drunk??? Too bad
...At first glance everything looks relatively tidy and the service also looked very friendly. When we entered the store, our attention was on the people who were sitting on a bench behind the counter by a door to the outside and taking a nap. After we placed the order, we saw how much fries and meat had been pre-fried only to rot miserably. We don't want to know how many days the whole mass has been lying there... Language barrier is also present. The good lady hardly understood a word. When I wanted to change it again during the ordering process, she answered something with a lisp that I only understood after repeated questions. Changing the order was therefore not possible. I wanted to visit Ossi 30 because my father had been there often for a while. The sauces we ordered and paid for were forgotten not only by us but also by the only other customer. When this was brought to the good lady's attention, she became angry and loud until she realized that the nice customer was right. There was very loud music. My guess is that you definitely don't pay Gema fees. ..my father was scared and sad about what happened to the store. Conclusion: Unfriendly, rude service, rather than limp fries.. We won't come back and don't think the whole thing is recommended anymore!
