Mustard costs 30 cents extra. One side of the bratwurst was black and brown. That was delicious and good. What actually happened here?

The taste itself is good but when I have to eat a schnitzel without any sauce or side dish, it's really disappointing.

When we got home we discovered that none of the 4 sauces we ordered were there. Children's menu is quite small in terms of quantity, especially the fries. Paid almost €40. Not again so soon.

When we entered the store, our attention was drawn to the people behind the counter who had found a seat by a door leading outside, taking a nap. After placing our orders, we saw how many fries and meat had been pre-fried, only to then rot miserably. We don't want to know how many days all that mess had been sitting there... There's also a language barrier. The nice lady barely understood a word. When I tried to change my order again during the order process, she replied with a lisp that I only understood after repeated questions. Therefore, changing the order wasn't possible. I wanted to visit Ossi 30 because my father used to go there often for a while. The sauces we ordered and paid for were forgotten, not only for us but also for the only other customer. When the lady was pointed out, she became angry and loud until she realized the nice customer was right. The music was playing very loudly. My guess is that they certainly don't pay GEMA fees. ...my father was shocked and sad about what had happened to the store. Conclusion: Unfriendly, rude service, and soggy fries... We won't be coming back and no longer recommend the whole thing!

The fries were hard and unsalted, the schnitzel was left in the fat for too long, very dark and tough. The salad wasn't tasty... The waitress (the manager)... was drunk??? What a shame
