What Bob Toan doesn't like about Thai Chili Ouray Colorado:
Food has gone downhill in the last year or so it seems. These days many items taste off, like they were not made recently and just kept hot a long time instead. Fried duck and pork both were tough, chewy, and tasted reheated. Curries have been watery. I used to frequent this place in the summer, but it's like they fired the cook or something. We had a fantastic meal at Thai Chili in Crested Butte and we were excited to find them in Ouray! If you’re tired of the same old pub food, check them out. Everything was fresh and wonderful.
