Fulltilt Saloon - Ouray
Fulltilt Saloon
Description
Nestled in Ouray, this restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences for lunchtime diners. While some praised the flavorful fish and chips and pub burger, others lamented limited menu options and miscommunication about item availability. Service has its highs and lows, with friendly staff boosting the atmosphere despite occasional rudeness. Hidden fees on the menu left some diners frustrated, prompting calls for clearer pricing. Ultimately, while it excels in drink offerings and some standout dishes, the inconsistent food quality and service suggest it may only be worth a visit for beverages rather than a full meal.

Even the response is rude. McDonald’s? Really? We knew there is a wait at a restaurant and it would have been fine. I regret not taking a picture of the paper thin greasy fish I was served. We did enjoy our day in Ouray! There are several great places to eat where we were treated great. I’d lose the attitude and treat your customers with respect. Rude waitress, frozen thin greasy fish and chips. I sent back and ordered a burger which took so long I cancelled my order and left without eating. Although I was the one who suggested let’s eat there! Not happy. I would never let anyone leave hungry or treat people on vacation rudely. We had family visiting from Ohio. How disappointing.
My husband I stopped in just for a couple of cocktails (very good! while we were in the area for a night. We enjoyed them outside on the patio, a perfect summer evening. Our server, Aidan, was very polite charming! Good luck in the future, kid, you've got a good one ahead of you!
