We visited for a birthda... read more We had a fantastic dining experience from start to finish, thanks to the delicious food and the exceptional service provided by Shelby! We visited for a birthday dinner and were thoroughly satisfied. We kicked things off with the Polenta with Mushrooms, which was creamy and bursting with flavor—definitely a treat. The small wedge salad was just the right size. The Grilled Skuna Bay Salmon and Braised Boneless Short Rib were the highlights of the meal, and I highly recommend both dishes. To top it all off, the Basil Crème Brûlée was incredibly unique and the perfect ending to our birthday celebration. Thank you, Shelby, for the wonderful service!

I'm really glad we made a reservation in advance. This might just be the most delicious meal we've had during our entire trip to Colorado.

There was a very thin layer of ricotta that I could barely taste but I'd try again. Maybe just a bad round. The environment was a nice reprieve from the beer/wings/bar scene. A little hidden gem that I would highly recommend!
