We cannot say enough positive comments about this charming B B B! It's cozy, welcoming and has the best hosts... Charlotte and Billy. When we arrived, we felt like home. The hosts are great to chat and ensure that all guests enjoy their days in Ouray. They provided warm cookies every evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. All rooms are nice, clean and the whole house is well furnished. Billy and Charlotte let us upgrade our room on request. You really care about your experience... how can you not have the best time in a welcoming, intimate B? We have great people to meet breakfast and can not wait to go back!!! Me and my husband were here a week. The owners were amazing. They were not welcome! They made cookies every night and had a nice breakfast every morning. The room was so sweet and incredibly clean. It was walking from downtown and had a beautiful view. We want to come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Ouray. The entire property is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing and private. The plain green lawn and many lush flowers make it really a secret garden just a short 1 1/2 block walk from the bustling downtown Our way from the flowing river. The rooms are clean, modern and beautifully furnished with magnificent beds and the best bathroom facilities. The owners are the most beautiful and most accommodating people you will ever meet. We would compare this property with each five star accommodation in which we have ever stayed. You will love this property!

The owners Billy and Charlotte are the nicest people. The plots are immaculate, the rooms are beautiful and super clean. It is a unique experience because they really go out their way to have guests a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious! I had to get up early and the owner made me a smoothie because I couldn't wait for breakfast. Unlike any other stay! A real farewell.

Spent several days last week and had an outstanding experience. The B&B was very easy to find and is tucked away off the main street in Ouray. The grounds are beautiful, colorful and quiet. We stayed in the Mountain View room which was very comfortable. We slept with the windows open at night and loved the sound of the nearby river as well as some nighttime rains. The proprietors are absolutely lovely people. They are gracious and kind and very accommodating. They prepared a to-go breakfast on a morning when we needed to leave at 6:30am. The breakfast is very good and filling. We greatly enjoyed sitting out on the covered patio at the end of each day to share conversation with other guests and the owners. This place is terrific and we will be back!
