The first time and it was a great experience. Honored by a new, friendly and very informative waitress. Had a single portion of wings with one side of Poutine, Veggies and Ranch diving. The food was fresh, tasteful and a good portion. Would go back. View all feedback.
What Myles Robertson doesn't like about Wild Wing Hog's Back:
This rating is difficult to give because we have had some great experiences with excellent servers in the past. The food is delicious, but our recent experiences have been disappointing. The long wait times to order food or drinks are unacceptable. Sadly, we have decided not to come back. View all feedback.

The lack of greeting at the door and waitresses walking past customers, as well as being ignored at a mostly empty restaurant, are common occurrences. On one occasion, I overheard employees using vulgar language in the dining room. Most interactions with staff are uncomfortable, and service is lacking with long waits for refills and bills. The prices have gone up significantly without any improvement in food or service quality. With a bill of around $100 for two, I would rather spend my money at a different restaurant in the area. In terms of accessibility, there is wheelchair parking in the front with a lowered curb and no steps to enter the building.
Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was extremely slow - it took 45 minutes just to get our drinks and another 45 minutes for our food. The appetizer we ordered was not the correct portion size, which was disappointing. I specifically asked for no onions in my wrap but it came with onions anyway. I didn't bother sending it back because I didn't want to wait any longer. We had to continuously ask for drink refills and other requests, even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant. Overall, we were not impressed.
The server was rude!!!! There is not rule where it says the person has to tip. The server came up to our table at yelled it out loud saying “why don’t you guys tip”.Me and my friends are students too!! Even we make minimum wage with no tips to survive.Deal with it ladyEdit While I understand that tipping is customary in North America, I respectfully disagree with the notion that not tipping is inherently cheap or disrespectful. Tipping is a personal decision influenced by various factors, including cultural background and personal beliefs. While I appreciate your suggestion to visit establishments where tipping isn't expected, I believe it would be more beneficial for both customers and service staff to have clearer pricing structures that ensure fair compensation without relying heavily on tips.
Strengths: Great atmosphere, Cleanliness, Crisp wings, Wide variety of options and clear instructions for ordering on menu.Shortcomings: The hottest sauce was more sour than hot.
