Whole Foods - Ottawa

Lovely store and I can't comment on the prepared foods, but the fruits and vegetable selection is sparse and not of particularly high quality. I'm OK with a smaller selection is quality is good, but oranges were dry and tomato was flavourless.

I am accustomed to the US version of this store. This is the only WF in Ottawa and it tends to disappoint. The hot bar is limited when compared with its US equivalents and the selection is also somewhat limited in the aisles.

On the 4th March 2022 at 1:30 a.m. I bought a lamb-shoulder roast and asked to cut after a cup size. he said a metzger will cut for me. I said I'm gonna buy myself and come back to get the package. When I was ready to make a lamb and open the package to the house, I found it wasn't cut at all. they are not honest! I have often bought lamb there because it means it is gras lamb and asked to cut the one-pot size. Most of the time they were not very happy to cut for me so I could thank them, but I often got straight face in opposition. I am not sure if the loading policy is for the cutting service. I will pay for the cutting service, but I would rather get much better customer service. very disappointed. I'll buy another place from now on.

Unfriendly workers..Blocking aisles .no smiles.no apologies..sorry I bought crumbled and was on her wise.

I enjoyed going through the whole load and getting big meat, sweet, salmon and a flower bouquet for our house. they were all friendly and codified distancing and hand care was noticeable everywhere.
