I ordered many paintings at wans while I lived in barrhavens. later I called in advance and asked that it be available for a certain time. for example, I called today at 15:30 a.m. for a pick-up at 18:30 a.m. it is now 7:58 clock and. my order is ready. unacceptable I can understand that a little patient is required, but really 1.5 hours maybe they should not take so many if they can not fulfill them in time. The egg rolls are the best in Ottawa. I've tried Golden Palace, and I prefer these egg rolls. Both open-ended and closed-ended are good. Try both!
I’ve recently ordered Cantonese Fried Noodles and Shanghai Noodles. One word to sum it up DELICIOUS!!!!!! Very GENEROUS Portions. I had to split it up into two meals. And don’t forget those tasty egg rolls. Huge something t To bite in and NOT Salty.
Been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. Great family run restaurant with all the staples you'd expect. Always a great meal and always ready on time. Best advice, pick up your order.
Been using Wans for years, always consistent. Large menu. Very much a North American menu but done very well. I suggest trying items off the chefs suggestions. You can now order online too which is a fabulous addition.
Wan's Chinese food has been a staple that we've loved for years!! The food is fresh, whole-food, packed with flavour. Try asking for no MSG.. you'll love it. Thanks Wan's Chinese Food!!
