This heavy‑metal themed Ottawa spot is celebrated for its generous, consistently tasty burgers and standout poutines, backed by thematic cocktails, solid beer selection and attentive counter service. The vibe is loud, energetic and unapologetically metal—ideal for fans and visitors seeking hearty value and memorable flavors. Minor drawbacks include uneven fries, occasional missing delivery condiments, and past outdoor issues with mosquitoes and dim lighting, but overall the food and service keep customers coming back.

I visited this place for drinks and some finger food, and I was impressed. They had an excellent menu with a variety of fun drinks, each with creative names, all set in a fantastic atmosphere. The bartender/server was very attentive, even on a Thursday night, and I will certainly be returning!

Ordered on uber recently cause it seemed pretty decent but I didn 't put my expectations high, glad I didnt.Got the Toxicity it 's supposed to be a hot dog with ketchup, onions and mustard, in the picture it looked great and stuffed, in reality there was pretty much no mustard, and if there was you couldn 't taste it cause of all the ketchup and there were just a few teeny tiny pieces of onions. Pretty disappointing especially for its name but since it was on a BOGO I shouldn 't be surprised. My partner ordered the dimmu and he enjoyed it, he said the spice level on it was enjoyable and not overly spicy or under. I had gotten the so called behemoth, it was also good, a bit lacking for cheese in some bites but that 's life, I still enjoyed the burger either way and it was definitely filling.Fries are ok, nothing special but not great either. Would not suggest paying the extra dollar for their parmesan fries as it looked like they barely sprinkled some on top and then just called it a day, it was pretty much just regular fries that we paid an extra dollar for that we also didnt get a dip with even though it 's supposed to come with a dip, my partner was looking forward to trying it.I 'd try it again, maybe in person might be better, we still enjoyed our burgers, they were the stars of the dish so it wasn 't all bad, better than a few other places we 've tried but not amazing. I 'd probably just not get fries again though

Honestly, these are the best burgers I've ever had—an easy 11/10! I would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is ideal for any metalhead, goth, or punk, and the awesome metal music really enhances the experience.

Very unique place in Ottawa, if you don?t mind the loud metal music and the spooky art around, then this place has some of the best burgers in all Ottawa. It?s a solid price and are quite filling. Id recommend the dimmu burger to anyone.

Good place for some snacks and beer. I find the music too loud but I guess that means I?m getting old. I mean, it?s a heavy metal bar so loud should be expected. Their grilled cheeses are why I go there.
