Taqueria la Bonita - Ottawa

I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food. However, the service was mediocre as it was slow and they forgot our drink order, which was just beers. Additionally, charging $4 for a tiny bowl of extra sour cream seemed a bit excessive. Unfortunately, they were also out of Churros at 6pm on a Friday. Despite these issues, I plan to return because the food was incredibly delicious.

Great authentic Mexican food, great atmosphere, the service was not the best but the night was busier than usual and the only waitress and the manager were clearly working their butts off so they get a pass for that, also one of our quesadillas was the wrong one but they gave us one at no extra cost when we reported the mistake. Great dining experience, highly recommend

Another wonderful trip here.The food here is wonderful as usually because it is freshly cooked and mostly homemade. There is a very wide variety of good items to choose from on the menu. The service here was wonderful because the staff were very friendly and kind. The ambiance here is wonderful because there are a lot of cool decorations on the walls. For the reasons I have stated in this review, I highly recommend and encourage you to visit this location.

The food was delicious and well-presented, albeit a little on the pricier side. It wasn't too expensive though, and I would definitely return. The highlight for us was the hot sauce - we opted for the mild version, which had a subtle heat and a hint of smoky flavor that we really enjoyed.

We left in a food coma. We sampled several plates and had Mexican people with us who confirmed, it was authentic and delicious!
